At Covetable Party Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, and we are here to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities when returning an item.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, we must receive the returned items back at our warehouse within this 30-day period. We encourage you to start the return process promptly if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To ensure that your return is accepted, all items must be returned in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags must still be attached to the garment. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any authenticity cards, dust bags, or protective covers that came with the product.
For shoes, please try them on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as the box is considered part of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, have been damaged, are soiled, or have had their tags removed. If such items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you, and the refund will be refused.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please locate the return form that was included in your package. Fill out this form completely, indicating which items you are returning and the reason for the return. Place the form together with the item(s) you wish to return inside a suitable shipping box or bag—the original packaging you received from Covetable Party Wear is ideal for this.
Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage to the items during transit. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipping service and keep the receipt or proof of postage. Covetable Party Wear cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return journey to us, and we are unable to issue refunds for packages we do not receive.
Return Shipping
The responsibility for return shipping costs rests with the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective. For international returns, we recommend using a reputable, trackable courier service such as FedEx or UPS to ensure your package is protected and insured during transit.
Processing Your Return
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality control inspection to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. This process typically takes a few business days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been received and is being processed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds
After your return has been processed and approved, you can expect to see the refund credited to your account within a reasonable timeframe. The speed at which the funds appear in your account may depend on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
If you return items from outside the primary region, please be aware that customs procedures may cause longer processing times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide guidance on how to proceed and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, we will cover the reasonable costs of return shipping.
Exchanges
Please note that we are currently unable to process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or a different item, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item through our website. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase.
